To help every university we work with turn classroom learning into measurable graduate capability: what students can apply, create and demonstrate, not only what they can recall.

Diagnose

Design
We choose the pillars, redesign courses and agree success measures in advance.
Pilot
A Launchpad Pilot runs in one course, for one semester, with 40–60 students.
