Why intern with FlipPraxis

Learn how universities transform, by helping them do it

FlipPraxis helps universities move from lecture-based teaching to experiential, outcome-driven learning. As an intern, you work inside that change.

  1. 01

    Real projects, not busywork

You contribute to the same work FlipPraxis does with universities: the APEX learning cycle, Pathways, Spark, Flip Forward and Bridge, Educator Edge courses and ReadyScan.

  2. 02

    Supervised and supported

Scope, schedule and supervision are agreed with you before you start, with regular check-ins and feedback on your work throughout.

  3. 03

    Evidence you can show

You finish with outputs you can talk about in interviews and, where confidentiality allows, include in your portfolio.

  4. 04

    A certificate anyone can verify

Interns who complete their internship receive a FlipPraxis certificate with a unique ID and QR code, ready to add to LinkedIn.

  3. Evaluate

    Feedback

Get feedback on your work, and reflect on what you are learning.

  4. Expand

    Complete

Finish with outputs you can show and a verifiable certificate.

Internship questions

Who can register?

University students at any level and recent graduates, from any country and any discipline. You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian to apply.

Do I need to upload a CV?

No. The form has no upload field. You can share links to your LinkedIn profile, portfolio, GitHub or personal website instead, and we may ask for more information if you are shortlisted.

Are internships paid?

Each announcement states its compensation or stipend, if any. If you have a question about a specific opening, mention it in your registration.

How long is an internship, and how many hours?

It depends on the opening. Each announcement shows the duration and time commitment, and you can tell us your own availability in the form.

Can I intern remotely from my country?

Many openings are remote. Each announcement shows whether it is remote, hybrid or on-site and where it is based.

Do I receive a certificate?

Yes. Interns who complete their internship receive a FlipPraxis Certificate of Internship with a unique ID and QR code. Anyone can verify it online, and you can download it as a PDF and add it to your LinkedIn profile.

Can I apply if there is no opening that fits me?

Yes. Choose "General interest" and tell us which areas interest you. We will contact you if a suitable opening is announced.

How is my information used?

Only to assess your registration for an internship with FlipPraxis and to contact you about it. It is not shared with other organisations. Newsletter emails are sent only if you tick the optional newsletter box, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
